Exceeded maximum e-mail nesting level

Hi!!, I have a problem with the nesting level in my exchange 2003, when a user send email with messages as attachment, has receives a notification with "Exceeded maximum e-mail nesting level".

I change in F-Secure Anti-Virus for Microsoft Exchange option transport protection ---> Inbound and Outbound mail ---> Archives ---> Limit max levels of nested archives to 10 but not work

Ok, but nobody know where enable this option?, because the problem continues and generate a case will delayed even more the solution.
