Hi, have major problems getting NAT to appear open on Xbox One.

It's now strict and UPnP failed.... 

 

Is it even possible to get it open with Sense?

You shouldn't have NAT open nor use Upnp, both are expose your security.

Does it still work with the current setup or is there some connection issue?

Can't connect to majority of players and can't join parties without NAT being open, don't resrry care about the security on Xbox....

Do you have two routers? As in double NAT?

If so, can you put the WAN/Internet router to Bridgemode?
