how to disable windows firewall in client machine and activate only f-secure firewall

hello!

we are using f-secure client security 12.31 in client PCs. In most of the PCs windows and f-secure firewall both remains ON. How can we activate only f-secure firewall in windows machines and  disable windows firewall automatically.

Have you tried FSPM + FSAVCS version 13.00? Especially on the Windows 10 platform.

Hello ravi12,

 

Client Security can disable Windows Firewall only during the product installation. This action is managed by Internet Shield policy "Disable Windows firewall", which is by default set to "Yes". If you have Windows firewall turned on and our product is already installed, you will need to use some other ways. Like disabling Widows firewall in group policy, for example.
