Generic warning "Background Task Host"

After upgrading to version 13 of F-Secure Client Security Premium I got a "New Internet connection attempt"-prompt saying that "Background Task Host" and location is "c:\windows\system32\" on port 443 so very generic. 

 

Shouldn't F-Secure already  know about all the native Windows outbound connections? Very hard to know if this is ok. How do I even check it if I do not get any info about PID?
