Policy Manager 13.00 fails to distribute definition updates to clients

Problem:

After upgrading previous versions of Policy Manager to version 13.00, managed clients with end-point security product (e.g. Client Security) may not be getting definition updates from Policy Manager 13.00.

 

Visible effects:

The definition updates are not up-to-date on the managed clients.

Workaround:

1. Stop these Policy Manager services:
   • F-Secure Policy Manager Server
   • F-Secure Policy Manager Update Server
2. Start both the services again.
