KEY won't open on my Mac Book running Sierra 10.12.6



Since upgrading my OS to Sierra 10.12.6 I haven't been able to open KEY on my Mac.  I've re-downloaded and re-installed but had no luck.


I click on the KEY button and my computer asks if I want to open the app because it was downloaded from the internet, I say yes and nothing happens.


Does anyone have any idea as to what I need to do to access my passwords?  I've still got access to them via my phone and my subscription is valid until Feb 2018.  


I'm not very good with computers and I'm rather confused as to why it has stopped working.

    Since you have already tried to reinstall and the issue persists, I would recommend to contact our support via chat or phone in order to troubleshoot this further.
