Freedome doesn't recognize subscription after factory reinstall of iPhone
Hi, I had to perform a actory reinstallation on my iPhone 5 due to the short battery life. Thereafter I haven't been able to use Freedome, because it does not recognize my valid 1 year subscription. I've tried to "restore purchases/subscription" within the application, but it doesn't work. Can anyone help me? Br, Harri

Freedome vpn on Samsung Galaxy S5 won't stay connected to the network using Verizon 4G
On my Samsung Galaxy S5 phone when using Verizon 4G network, Freedome will not stay connected to the network. With Wi-Fi it works perfect. It also works on my Samsung tablet using Wi=Fi. Any settings I need to change? Using the US connection.

I bought last week the annual subscription to F-Secure Freedome VPN. Whilst it works on the device I bought it on, the app no longer works on my other apple devices as it says the trial period has expired. Unable to pay/select subscription on iPad
It's impossible to pay the Freedome subscription, because there is no selection list available on iPad version when the language on a device is Finnish. I changed iPad to english language and everything works fine. just for your information :) iOS: 8.0.2 Freedome: 2.0.4.1206

Had to reinstall freedome app.. lost subscription
Hi, After a Samsung update I couldn't click the "accept vpn" warning that pop's up when starting Fsecure Freedome so I had to reinstall the app. It now works but I have lost 40+ days of my free subscription. Is there a way to get this back? Thanks, Chris

Problems with my subscription on 2nd iOS device
I have a subscription until nov 9th on an iPad 3. Just installed Freedome on my iPad 2, same Apple ID, different iCloud, and I just get a 7 day trial. Restoring purchases won't fix the issue. My subscription should be the same on all iOS devices that share an Apple ID. Please, help.
