I have no problems accessing the Freedome server, in Sweden or elsewhere. However, once connected, I cannot use the Internet, as something fails and I get the message "bad dns config" in chrome. Any suggestions?

Shared or static IP?
Does Freedome assign its users their own individual IP address, or do multiple users share the same IP? From what I've read, shared IPs are the way to go, as this increases anonymity. If users share an IP, is there any way to tell how many users are sharing the same IP address?

Problem with the finnish server while using 4G
On the finnish server speed and latency are worse compared to other servers e.g swedish and german even they have worse latency than i expected but atleast the speeds are fine. This problem only occurs when i am using 4G which is a bit unfortunate since i'm using Freedome to get around Elisas NAT.
