Getting the IPV6 error on a windows 10 transformer, Freedome will not connect. I downloaded the windows PC version for it. Freedome seems to be trying to use the ethernet port which does not exist, this device is wifi only. Am I using the wrong version? What should I do?

My freedome connection struggles to connect since I installed IOS9, certain apps do not comnect through the vpn and struggle to connect. IOS8 was instant with Wifi or 4G connection .

I found that some of your virtual locations are not actually where it should be. Nodes of Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore are all located in US. It makes this tool less useful! Lost my F-secure and freedome in my iPad
for some reason my iPad was not functioning well. I started to take away some of my applications, among them F-secure and freedome. iPad didn't improved. Today it started to work well, but I miss my f-secure and freedome. Is there a way to reinstall them again? 😰

Suggestion: Full Speed only for paying customers
I don't expect wirespeed, but not 1/5 or less of the download speed available. F-Secure has given away too much license keys for free, these customers don't contribute anything to scale/improve the infrastructure.

FREEDOME line speed reduction
My 10 Mb linespeed will be redused to 0,2 Mb after connecting FREEDOME and returned back to 10 Mb when FREEDOME is switched of. This during the evenings when virtual location is set as ESPOO Finland. Situation is somewhat better during the day. Such speed reduction makes whole product useless.
