Hi! I've tried talking to F-Secures support regarding this issue, but they seem like they either don't want to help or don't know anything, so I thought I'd try this channel instead. So, I am unable to connect to Freedome over my home Wifi network (I've tried a couple of computers and the Android app). It is stuck in…

Is the Freedome TAP driver essentially the same thing as a TAP-Win 32 driver?

Does Freedom provide an encrypted tunnel? Does it encrypt all the trafic between me and my isp and all internet trafic?

Freedome was installed in my iPhone 6 as part of multi-licence package. I updated this iPhone to IOS 10 two days ago with the result that after the update Freedome did not recognize the licence and asked me to buy a new one. I tried activation by using the original licence password, but it was rejected "because I had used…

I use Freedome with my iPhone iPhone 6+, OS 9.3.5. In my case Freedome functions only in a mobile network, whereas my home WLAN connection doesn’t seem to be compatible with it. So far, I have learnt that the problem might be in the settings of my modem, which is ZXDSL 931 Series. How should I change settings of the modem?…

Please list gateways where torrent/file sharing will work with software like µTorrent and be hidden with Freedome. Will the traffic be hidden if I use the Swedish gateway?

Hi, There is any plan or estimate time to increase the VPN locations? I need a Portuguese one, and this is a key to buy one year subscription of this product. Best regards

I'm having an issue on Windows 10 losing internet connectivity while using Freedome. If I'm connected to the internet and enable Freedome, things will work fine for a while (usually from 10 minutes to an hour or two). After this initial period, pages will stop loading and my browser tells me I'm not connected to the…

If I subscribe to Freedome do I also need to subscribe to Fsecure safe, or are they the same thing?

You list countries where file sharing will not be hidden by Freedome due to DMCA. Does that mean that it will work in the countries not listed? Please list gateways where torrent/file sharing will work with software like myTorrent and be hidden with Freedome. Will the traffic be hidden if I use the Swedish gateway?

Freedome starts up then when i try to enable it the switch doesn't change from off to on. Then after a while a message pops up saying driver error. After this happens freedome just quits.

I have just updated my iPad and want to move the Freedome licence from my old iPad to my new one - I purchased a licence for 5 devices but when I try to activate the new iPad it says I have used up all my devices (used on family iPhones as well) Any ideas? Thanks Jason

Is Espoo access point unable to handle all traffic on evenings (local time)? I'm seeing a pattern where I need to change to Sweden and beyond as connection quality goes down on evenings. Haven't had problems elsewhere. Any plans for a fix? Devices: multiple Macs, iOSs in Finland

I have Freedome and when it's enabled I can't send picture messages. Works fine when turned off. Any ideas? Freedome for Android and yes, it's updated to the latest version.

I bought freedome to download (legally, items I have paid a lot of money to get the licence for) torrents without my ISP shaping my traffic. I haven't needed to download anything in a while, so I haven't used it. Now, I turned it back on and apparently torrents are blocked. All nearby locations are blocked as well, the…

Regularly I have to change location before Freedome will connect, this is on my iPhone 6s only. Happens on different wifi networks. Once connected at the new location I can then switch back to the original location. This happens with all the original locations I have tried. Anyone had similar? Andy

On 2 separate computers using Windows 10, I am seeing occasional very high UPLOAD bandwidth usage (several GB) from openvpn.exe outbound while using Freedome. There is no other visible underlying process that is uploading data (I have separately used Glasswire and NetLimiter to track the traffic outbound). This happens a…
