Issues with YouTube
Since a couple of days, videos in the iOS YouTube App (10.2.1) won't start when vpn is switched on. As soon I switch off vpn the video runs without a problem. The issue maintains with any chosen location. Also: safari does not show any signs of issues. Please help, thx

bought subscription on three units, 2nd don`t work
I bought freedome for three units. Installed it on pc. Ok. Wish to install on android phone. Already have freedome with monthly renewal. How to upgrade/change subscription? New code doesn`t work. Says not valid. Wish to stop first subscription since do not need double.

Installing Freedome on Android TV
When I search the Play Store on my Android TV (running Lollipop) Freedome doesn't show up, unlike some other VPNs. Does this mean it's not compatible? Or can I sideload the apk?

License is due to expire 22nd April 2017 but expired on my Android device today (9th Feb 2017)
Hi, So, and as can be seen on the image provided, my license is due to expire on 22nd April 2017, but has expired today on my android device. I tried, unsuccessfully, to locate the license code on both my desktop install of freedome, and the initial confirmation email that contained my lincense. How do I best resolve this?

Useing the freedom apart on my Samsung s6 I am getting this error. On my Samsung tab the VPN is working OK. Tried deleting and reinstall the app but error is still the same. How can we troubleshoot this?

When freedom is active on my android phone cast to android TV is not possible ( " cast has ended" ). When freedom is off cast works perfect, in all time. What is the problem and how to overcome? Tnx.

Virtual location does not work
Hi, I tried to change my virtual location to the UK (I'm currently abroad), but I still can't access geographically restricted content - the site tells me it can only be accessed from the UK. Since this is the main reason why I bought this software, I'm rather disappointed!

Tracker Map only works with one browser, not the one I want
I cannot get tracker map (Freedome-VPN) to work with any other browser than MS Internet Explorer, which I don't really use. How do I change it? As far as I know, it only tracks internet activity on ONE browser, not two or three. I use Chrome mostly and Firefox, which I I could track on both - but no need for MSIE. Anyone?
