Location of ISP Address
Can I select which country in which it would appear the VPN ISP is originating from? For example, if it was apparent I was using a VPN with a France ISP address then I could access certain sites I could not access if I was using a USA IP address. Or would that information be completely invisible?

CrashPlan backup cannot see the remote computer
I use CrashPlan Home (version 4.8.0) on Mac OS to automatically backup to my friend's computer in a nearby town. CrashPlan uses ports 4242 and 4243. With Freedome operating, the remote computer shows as offline. When I stop Freedome CrashPlan reestablishes the connection in about 1 minute.
