Cannot renew Freedome subscriptions
I've recently purchased a new Freedome multi-device subsription but after receiving the renewal code, the Freedome app refused to accept it saying "Could not verify your code. Please try again later." I have looked at the FAQ page about this and it doesn't apply to my situation. Anyone have any idea?

LAN scan on Android seems some not all devices with VPN enabled.
Using Wifi on Android 8.1 and Freedome app version 2.4.3.6800. I do a Fing scan looking for other devices on the same SSID. With the VPN off, Fing sees all the devices.
