Is this normal service?
The F-Safe service was never stellar but in the last month or so it has become much worse. It has difficulty connecting (UK & France) and when it eventually does, it is extremely slow. Does anyone else experience this? Any workarounds? F-Secure do not want to know. Pretty poor service for the premium price they charge.
