Hey! I have F-Secure Internet Security 2015, and in its settings "Remove harmful e-mail attachments" checked. Does it work with the Mail app that comes preinstalled with Windows 10, are the attachments automatically scanned/removed in the e-mails i receive with the aforementioned app?

I suddnely get some pop-up ads from DNSUnlocker these days. It's really annoying. And the computer runs more slowly than before. I sometimes get redirects asking me to download unfamiliar programs. What should I do to stop those stupid ads? Thanks for any idea.
