Cannot activate subscription
Can someone please tell me how I can solve this: I have paid a renewal for my subscription but the licence isn't activated, I have been sent confirmation of payment but no activation code, everything is now saying my PC is not protected as subscription has expired, I am not happy!!

F-Secure SAFE vs Internet Security
I've got 4 computers I need to renew my Internet Security. In the past I would get 2 - 3 PC licenses. Now I see there is a new product F-Secure SAFE, that is for 5 Devices. On the PC is F-Secure safe the same thing as Internet Security? Could I just buy this? Or is it lacking some features of Internet Security?

Hello, Like the tittle says, why does the F-Secure Anti-Virus uses upto 10 processes? It's pretty heave on resources, i think AVG is another one which uses upto 10 procceses. Does the dev team care enough to reduce the nubmer of processes used and make it resource friendly ?
