How to exclude Files/Dirs from Virus scan
I have installed the tiral Version for Mac 2018 but I'm unable to configure excluded Files or Folders. As I'm running a Virtual Machine, I don't want the Container to be scanned. The Description on how to archive this does not match the current GUI.

Protection malfunction
FSecure Safe wont let me run a scan. Under "Antivirus" it now states "Your computer is not protected" "Protection malfunction. Restart your computer" I tried re-starting the computer but problem won't go away.

F-Secure keeps blocking my weekly puzzle file
Every week I download a BigJig puzzle from lenagames.com. It is an exe file (e.g. 181219-molodkin-d.exe). Everytime I run the downloaded file F-Secure blocks me from running it. Multiple appearances of same device in SAFE

I have an F-Secure Freedome subscription which is about to renew soon. I also have an F-Secure Safe subscription, which is renewing later this year. Mac SAFE not launching
I just installed Mac SAFE on HS 10.13.3 and the installation was successfull as far as I can tell. I can see the System Preferences pane and there is a "F-Secure Mac Protection" process in Activity Monitor. However, there is no menu bar icon and I cannot launch the application from Finder.
