Green frame around applications

Facebook website has no Css only plain Text
We have an issue when browsing to facebook.com, we see the website but no Css only plain text. Facebook is white listed, and also fbcdn.net no restrictions are made on social networking.. but it just wont work. When i uninstall f-secure on the server all is fine.. Can you assist f-secure?
