I have a .jar file which is detected by Web Traffic scanning, which is in this case important for the customer. It is on a local web server. How can I exclude this location or URL from Web Traffic scanning?

Is there a way to customize PSB Welcom/install email?
Is it possible to customize email from "PSB Mail Sender" to include company info/instructions? Our users have been taught to just ignore all generic installation messages, so most of the emails sent from PSB portal are getting deleted.
