remnants after uninstal: how to erse them ?
after uninstalling IS there's still an undestructible F-secure folder containing an empty "quarantine" folder in C:\programdata\ There's no way toget rid of it due to admin rights... dedicated F-Secure uninstall tool fails, Emco MoveOnboot fails too. Any clue ? thanks in advance

reset password not working
Hi I forgot my password to beta pages. I tried to reset it with 'i'd like to reset my password' -function, I received an email prompting to click to complete the request, but there is no hot link in your email. I'm using Saunalahti sähköposti webmail, tried with Opera and IE.

If this has been going on for months, this would seem an unlikely cause, but it might just be worth checking that all your Windows Updates are up to date.
