<main> <article class="userContent"> <h3 data-version="3" data-article="000022531" data-id="issue">Issue:</h3> <p>I notice PSB Computer Protection installation stuck at 0% when Mozilla Firefox is set as the default browser</p> <h3 data-id="resolution">Resolution:</h3> <p>If you have Mozilla Firefox as your default browser and configured the proxy settings in the browser to use system settings, this is expected behaviour. This is a bug in Computer Protection's proxy resolver affecting only when Mozilla Firefox is set as a default browser. This is expected to be fixed in the upcoming Computer Protection version.<br><br>As a workaround, you can change your default browser from Mozilla Firefox to a different browser (e.g. Chrome, Edge) to fix this installation issue. There is a fix available for this issue where you can contact F-Secure <a rel="nofollow" href="https://www.f-secure.com/en/business/support-and-downloads/support-request#productGroup=For%20Business">Support</a> to provide you with further instructions.</p> <p>Article no: 000022531</p> </article> </main>
