Why is the license activation failing on only specific Apple iOS devices? </p> <p> </p> <h3 data-id="resolution">Resolution:</h3> <p>If this issue happens only on specific Apple iOS devices, it could be that there is a previous FREEDOME license on the device causing an issue with the license activation. To fix this issue, follow these steps:<br></p><ol><li>Open one of the following deactivation links on the iOS device which is having license activation issues (link can be provided by email): <ul><li><a rel="nofollow" href="https://corporate-mobile.sp.f-secure.com/freedome/ios/reset">https://corporate-mobile.sp.f-secure.com/freedome/ios/reset</a></li><li><a rel="nofollow" href="http://fsclp://corporate-mobile.sp.f-secure.com/freedome/ios/reset">fsclp://corporate-mobile.sp.f-secure.com/freedome/ios/reset</a></li></ul></li><li>In the Freedome app, click OK on alert that appeared after clicking the link.
