How to order in the Partner Portal - F-Secure Community
<main> <article class="userContent"> <p> </p>How to order in the Partner Portal <p>This is ordering information for Protection Service for Business (PSB) Advanced in the Partner Portal. </p> <p>Placing orders in the F-Secure Elements EPP portal is not possible anymore. By clicking on the <strong>Order Product</strong> button in the portal under the <strong>Subscription</strong> section, you will be re-directed to the Partner Portal login page. </p> <p>If you already have Partner Portal credentials, you can log in to the Partner Portal and place orders for F-Secure Elements EPP Advanced. </p> <p>If you do not have credentials, please make a request at:<a rel="nofollow" href="https://partnerportal.f-secure.com"> https://partnerportal.f-secure.com</a> </p> <ol><li> <strong>Ordering for new sales</strong> <p>Please follow these steps when ordering for a new customer: </p> <ol type="a"><li> Select the <strong>New customer</strong> </li> <li> Fill in the customer/company details. </li> <li> Select the product(s), quantity and the license type. </li> <li> Select the duration of license (yearly or monthly). </li> <li> Confirm the order details and fill in the reference number field, and click on the <strong>Order</strong> button. <p>After placing the order, the subscription key and other details appear on the <strong>Thank you</strong> page. </p> <p>The company account and subscription key are immediately visible in the PSB Security Management system. </p> </li> </ol></li> <li> <strong>Ordering for renewals and/or expansions</strong> <p>Please follow these steps when ordering for an existing company as a partner: </p> <ol type="a"><li> Search for the correct account in the Partner Portal and select the account. </li> <li> Fill in the customer/company details. </li> <li> Select the product(s), quantity and the license type. </li> <li> Select the duration of license (yearly or monthly). </li> <li> Confirm the order details and fill in the reference number field, and click on the <strong>Order</strong> button. </li> </ol></li> </ol><p>If you would like to have more information about Partner Portal eOrdering and other useful functionalities, please visit the <strong>Materials</strong> section in the Partner Portal. </p> <p>For more information about company account creation moving from the F-Secure Elements EPP to the Partner Portal, please follow the link. </p> <div id="related"> <strong>Related information</strong> <ul><li><a rel="nofollow" href="https://community.f-secure.com/psb-en/kb/articles/5698">Company account creation moved from the PSB portal to the Partner Portal </a></li></ul></div> <br> </article> </main>
