I have two-step authentication set up for My F-Secure, but am unable to log in. What should I do
You are unable to access My F-Secure using the mobile authentication app installed on your mobile device; for example, you have lost your phone or your phone is broken.
You have enabled two-step authentication for My F-Secure. However, as you are unable to access your mobile phone, you cannot create the authentication code with the mobile authentication app on your mobile device.
Log in to My F-Secure using the recovery codes you created when setting up two-step authentication for My F-Secure.
Note: If you have set up two-step authentication for My F-Secure, the recovery codes are the back-up access to your account. If you do not have these recovery codes, you will be unable to access your account.
