How can I generate a FREEDOME log file with my computer?

If you have technical problems with your product, you can create and send a log file to our technical support. The file contains information that can be used for troubleshooting and solving problems specific to your device.
For Windows
- Open the FREEDOME app.
- Click Help.
- Click About FREEDOME.
- Click 7 times on the version number. The Run support tool button is displayed at the bottom of the page.
- Click Run support tool. Enter your administrator credentials if prompted.
- Click Run diagnostics. The tool starts collecting information and the log file is (fsdiag.7z) saved on your desktop.
- Attach the fsdiag.7z file to your support request.
For Mac
- Open the FREEDOME app.
- Click Help.
- Click About FREEDOME.
- Click 7 times on the version number. The Run support tool button is displayed at the bottom of the page.
- Click Run support tool. Enter your administrator credentials if prompted. The tool starts collecting information and the log file (FreedomeSupportInfo.zip) is saved in your Documents folder.
- Attach the FreedomeSupportInfo.zip file to your support request.
