KEY sync: connecting devices with other Anti-Virus software installed
KEY sync may not work if you have other Anti-Virus products other than F-Secure installed on your computer. When syncing your KEY devices with each other on entering the connection code, KEY sync fails.
When initiating a connection with the computer, F-Secure KEY rejects the certificate, which ends up in connection failure. Therefore, KEY sync does not work, as a connection cannot be established.
As a temporary workaround, you can consider for example, switching off https protection in your Anti-Virus product to make KEY sync properly. After syncing, you can re-activate https protection.
