Support for F-Secure SAFE customers with a My F-Secure account

With a My F-Secure account, you can see different support options. These support options may vary depending on your region and/or type of subscription.

Once you’ve logged in to your My F-Secure account, you can see the different support options at the bottom of your main My F-Secure page. You can chat with an F-Secure expert, call us, or take a look at our How-to and FAQs.

Support for F-Secure SAFE customers without a My F-Secure account

If you have a free or trial version of F-Secure SAFE, and you don’t yet have a My F-Secure account, you can receive support by going to our F-Secure Community at http://community.f-secure.com/.

How to get a My F-Secure account

If you want to create a My F-Secure account to get more support options, follow the link here: https://my.f-secure.com/register.

Fill in your personal details, and click Create account to submit the request.
