F-Secure FREEDOME installed from a F-Secure TOTAL trial account shows expired status immediately aft

Issue:

When trying to activate F-Secure FREEDOME with an F-Secure TOTAL Trial account, FREEDOME stays on expired no matter what. Uninstalling and re-installing the application does not help, and the activation is made from the account with the TOTAL trial that is still valid.

Resolution:

Please contact the F-Secure Customer Support. They can fix this issue.
