Issue:

I am trying to change My F-secure account's email address, but I get error "This email address is already in use." when I try to do it. 

Resolution:

Most likely your new email address is already used for another My F-secure account. 

You can contact F-Secure support and ask them to delete it, so that it can be re-used.
