Issue:

Error "You have already used this code the maximum number of times" when trying to activate an F-Secure SAFE or TOTAL subscription code in My F-Secure Portal. What causes this error and what can be done?

Resolution:

Retail F-Secure SAFE or TOTAL codes can only be used once. It will activate the license amount and subscription time on the My F-Secure account that it was used on the first time. 

You can install F-Secure SAFE and TOTAL apps to other devices using the original account the code was activated in. 

If you're not sure what account the code was used on, you can contact F-Secure support and we can check this for you.
