Cannot activate order for F-Secure SAFE or TOTAL

F-Secure SAFE / TOTAL account is asking for activation even though I have activated the account.
Account activation in a loop.
- Open your Internet browser in Incognito mode.
- Log in to your email.
- Open the F-Secure reference order email from Cleverbridge.
- Click Create account.
- Choose You already have an account? - Login.
- Login with your account details.
