My computer has been infected by ransomware and I have submitted encrypted samples.


What we can do is perform an analysis of the malware to ensure that your F-Secure product can protect against any future contact with it. We can also provide guidance on how to optimally configure your F-Secure product or current security practices to prevent a recurrence of this situation.
