Follow the steps below if generating a FREEDOME log the normal way does not work, for example, FREEDOME crashes before you can generate the logs.

  1. Open Finder.
  2. Navigate to Applications > Utilities > Terminal.
  3. Type in the following command: sh /Applications/Freedome.app/Contents/Resources/FreedomeGatherSupportInfo.sh
  4. Press Enter.
  5. Type in your Administrator password, and press Enter.
A log file named FreedomeSupportinfo.zip is generated in the Documents folder. You can attach the log file to your support request for further assistance.
