<main> <article class="userContent"> <p> </p>Introducing the F-Secure eService Portal <div>The F-Secure eService Portal is a Support Case Management portal, which includes the following: <ul><li>A transparent process for submitting and following up on your Support tickets </li> <li>Unified access across all F-Secure portals, such as the Operator Portal </li> <li>Self-service options and access to our Knowledge Base to assist you in troubleshooting and the implementation of our products </li> <li>Support phone numbers, opening hours, and escalation paths </li> <li>Support Service Description (SLA) documents </li> </ul></div> <p>Below we have put together some frequently asked questions on how to get started with the eService Portal. </p> <h3 data-id="i-have-premium-sla-and-have-requested-a-user-account-for-the-eservice-portal-what-happens-next">I have Premium SLA and have requested a user account for the eService Portal. What happens next? </h3> <div> <ol><li>We will first check if you already have an Operator Account. <p>If you do not yet have an Operator Account, we will create one for you or we will reach out to your Operator Portal admin. </p> </li> <li>We will create your eService Portal user account. <p>Once your user account is created, you will receive an eService Portal welcome <a rel="nofollow" href="mailto:%20crm-admin@f-secure.com">email</a> detailing how to log in. You can access the portal via this <a rel="nofollow" href="https://f-secure-services.force.com/eService/s/">link</a>. </p> </li> </ol></div> <p> To log into the eService Portal, on the landing page, select <strong>Operator Account Login </strong> before entering your Operator Account credentials. </p> <h3 data-id="i-did-not-receive-the-eservice-portal-welcome-email-what-should-i-do">I did not receive the eService Portal welcome email. What should I do?</h3> <p><strong>Note:</strong> If you have not yet received the eService Portal welcome email, your eService Portal user account may not have been created yet. It can take up to 4-5 days after you have sent your request. You can also check your spam email folder and search for this sender: crm-admin@f-secure.com (eService Portal welcome email). To log into the new F-Secure eService Portal, on the login page, select <strong>Operator Account Login</strong> before entering your Operator Account credentials. </p> <h3 data-id="which-credentials-should-i-use-to-log-in">Which credentials should I use to log in?</h3> <p>With the eService Portal, use your Operator Account credentials to log in. These credentials are the same as when logging in to the Operator Portal. </p> <h3 data-id="what-happens-if-i-cannot-log-in">What happens if I cannot log in?</h3> <p>If you are unable to log in, try logging in with a different browser or in a private window and make sure that you are using your Operator Account credentials (username and password). </p> <p><strong>Tip:</strong> </p><p> Your username is the email address that the eService Portal welcome email has been sent to. If you have several Operator Accounts, use the account registered under the email address that the eService Portal welcome email has been sent to. </p> <p>If the issue persists, you can use the <strong>Forgot your password?</strong> link from the eService Portal login page to reset your password. </p> <div>If, after resetting your password, you are still unable to log in, there is most likely a mismatch between your eService Portal user account and your Operator Account (if your Operator Account username is something else other than your email address). Here is what to do: <ul><li>Open a support request via the <em>Send Question</em> form available on the Support section of the Operator Portal, or </li> <li>Contact your local Technical Service Manager (TSM). </li> </ul></div> <h3 data-id="what-happens-if-i-need-to-change-my-password">What happens if I need to change my password?</h3> <p>You can use the <strong>Forgot your password?</strong> link from the eService Portal login page to reset your password. </p> <p><strong>Note:</strong> When you reset your password, your new password is changed for all other F-Secure portals that you may have in use. </p> <h3 data-id="how-do-i-request-for-an-eservice-portal-user-account">How do I request for an eService Portal user account? </h3> <p>Please contact your local Technical Service Manager (TSM). </p> </article> </main>
