Issue:
F-Secure SAFE / TOTAL / ID PROTECTION My F-Secure account is asking for activation even though I have already activated the account.
Account activation in a loop and I cannot continue.
Resolution:
This issue can appear if you have created a My F-Secure trial account before creating in through the order confirmation email. To attach your order to your existing My F-Secure account, you will need to log in to the account through the order confirmation email.
- Open your Internet browser in Incognito mode
- Log in to your email
- Open the F-Secure product order confirmation email sent by Cleverbridge
- Click Create account
- Choose You already have an account? - Login
- Login with your account details
Note: If you do not remember your password, you can use the Forgot your password? -feature
