This is a user interface issue that only affects macOS version 11.4 and it does not affect the protection itself where all the security features are fully operational.

For Computer Protection for Mac, a newer build version 40115 has been released recently via automatic channel upgrade to fix this Full Disk Access issue. Alternatively, the latest installer is also available in the F-Secure Elements Security Center that a manual product upgrade could be done.

If the issue persists when using the latest build version, contact F-Secure Technical Support and submit a diagnostic file (FSDIAG) for further investigation.

For Client Security for Mac, a new version will be released closer to the end of this year 2021., which will fix the issue.

Article no: 000032141
