Issue:
Partner has not received the login credentials for Partner Portal.
Error message "Your login to F-Secure Partner Portal failed. Please try using a different browser, or you can open a support ticket in: https://www.f-secure.com/gb-en/business/support-and-downloads" is returned when attempting to logon.
Resolution:
You can request for login credentials using the "Request credentials" link on the Partner Portal login page. If you are facing issues requesting the credentials using the web link, proceed to report this issue by contacting F-Secure Support.
