Resolution:
If you are an end-customer and have a question related to corporate product renewals, change or cancellations, or price change request for a specific order contact your reseller for help.
If you are a reseller partner and you need sales related help, you can be in touch with your F-Secure Sales contact. In the event you are unable to reach them, you can email Order Services directly, or submit a support request through the Partner Portal.
