This step can be applied to various errors.<br><br><br>Step 1<br>Try those first, then try installation.<br> </p> <ol><li>Run F-secure Uninstallation tool and reboot the computer</li><li>Clear browser cache.</li><li>Finish all Mail software and Browsers.</li><li>Uninstall(disable)l conflicting software. ex:Antivirus software / System protection software</li><li>Download/copy installation file.</li><li>Check installation Key-code</li><li>Log-off all users and log-in as administration</li><li>Stop 3rd party software via MSCONFIG.</li></ol> <p>Step 2</p> <p>Try those first, then try installation.</p> <ol><li>Delete the files in "TEMP" folders.</li></ol><pre class="code codeBlock" spellcheck="false" tabindex="0"><br>C:\WINDOWS\Temp<br>C:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Temp</pre> <ol start="2"><li>Apply all Microsoft Update</li></ol><p>Step 3</p> <p>Try those first, then try installation.</p> <p>This part is about how to fix OS functionality.
