- Users can connect to the F-Secure Email Quarantine Manager (EQM) (https://>ip-address>/eqm) and search the quarantine that they wish to delete, but users cannot delete or release emails, even if user has admin rights. Action results in error: "The items could not be marked for deletion".
- Items can be deleted or released using the F-Secure Email and Server Security 14 Web console.
This issue has been fixed in F-Secure Email and Server Security 14.01
Upgrade to F-Secure Email and Server Security 14.01 and reinstall the EQM from the 14.01 folder.
