Error: "The items could not be marked for deletion" when trying to delete or release emails with the F-Secure EQM console - F-Secure Community
<main> <article class="userContent"> <h3 data-version="4" data-article="000020993">Issue:</h3> <p></p><ul><li>Users can connect to the F-Secure Email Quarantine Manager (EQM) (<a href="https://>ip-address>/eqm" rel="nofollow">https://>ip-address>/eqm</a>) and search the quarantine that they wish to delete, but users cannot delete or release emails, even if user has admin rights. Action results in error: "The items could not be marked for deletion".</li><li>Items can be deleted or released using the F-Secure Email and Server Security 14 Web console.</li></ul><h3>Resolution:</h3> <p>This issue has been fixed in <a rel="nofollow" href="https://download.f-secure.com/corpro/ess/ess14.01/fsess-14.01.1711.jar"><b>F-Secure Email and Server Security 14.01</b></a><br>Upgrade to F-Secure Email and Server Security 14.01 and reinstall the EQM from the 14.01 folder.</p> <p>Article no: 000020993</p> </article> </main>
