Flag threads for F-Secure attention

Every now and then a thread reaches a dead end. We've tried to help in every way we can and it might also been reported to support but without any response. Since most F-Secure employees doesn't log in during evenings and weekends there may be a lot of new posts to go through. A great help could be to let Trusted Contributors(and higher) mark the thread so they will be easy to see when someone from F-Secure logs in. For it to work properly it shouldn't be able to flag your own threads. When an F-Secure expert has helped out, the flag is removed.

I think this would improve the community.
