Automatic scan still not working

Hello,

 

After the last update i already opent a new ticket that the scan is not working. 

It's suppose to scan every day around 12:00 but the last one was 19 of September.

 

I went back to the personal pages and check on my ticket status but none of my tickets are there anymore.

It says they don't exist in the system.

Still have the same problem and noticed that it does not update my virus definitions.

Don't know if this is the final release but in my opinion it's not ready yet.
