streaming slowing - bandwidth issue?

Hi,

 

I downloaded the free trial a few days ago and have noticed that video streaming has started to slow over time, I am seeing the buffering sign more often than before I started using the freedome service. Is there a daily bandwidth limit that I have exceeded or something like that? I know with most services that say 'unlimited bandwidth' there is always an acceptable use policy which limits use, is this the case with Freedome?

    There shouldn't be any particular bandwidth limit with Freedome.

    Could you tell me what kind of device you are using (brand/model)?
