Software Defect, Connecting to VPN using Freedome

in F-Secure VPN

Hi,

I've purchase A freedome, and i've tried to use it to protect my data and business exchange, but the problem um unable to connect to VPN servers, A VPN is blocked on the network I work on, but what surprise me there is another VPN application able to connect through firewall such as PSiphone. while Freedome icon still spinning without connect.

    Hello Samer,

     

    Sorry for not getting back to you earlier.

    Could you give us more information on your set up? What are the machine/ device involved?

    Which type of network are you on? What kind of firewall is in place?

     

    Do you get any error? Did you try to connect to different location?
