Cant log in to Facebook

Hello.
I installed Freedome yesterday.
Today i cant log in to facebook. It says as follows:
"You are trying to access Facebook from an IP (Internet Protocol) address that's associated with a misconfigured ISP (Internet Service Provider) or abusive behavior. If you think this is an error, please tell us more."
Then I have to write down my email, subject of the problem and asnswer a question if I'm behind a Proxy.
I use Mac OS Yosemite 10.10.3
