F Secure on my laptop is failing to get rid of Trojan.Fakefolder.B what should I do?

what do you mean failing to get rid of it?

it can't remove it or removes but again appears?

if again appears, first of all run full scan, then try to isolate from network, if problem still persists try to look at non-removable things if you have inserted into PC(e.g. CD)

however, if it can't remove one single file try to remove it yourself, use account with administrative privilegies(malware can be blocked)

If you can't remove it from your system, F-Secure can quarantine this type of viruses if it is the recommended action for it.
